We have a feature that will email all the new listings that match your search criteria every day. To use this feature, follow these easy instructions:
1. From the search page, fill in your criteria, such as price range, number of bedrooms, neighborhood, etc. You can search by county/city, map, address/zip, school, area and subdivision. (See tabs at the top of the search page). Make sure you put in the property features in which you are interested.
2. Next, you can do one of two options.
a. You can hit “Go To Search Results” which will take you to all the listings that match your search criteria. At the top of the results page, there will be a large red button that reads:
Email Me When New Listings Match This Search
Click on this button. You will have to create an account for this feature, but rest assured, we will NOT spam you in any way. You will ONLY receive emails with updated listings. We will not sell your information, or contact you in any way that you do not first request. You can cancel the email alerts at any time.
You will receive an email every day that new listings are added that match your search criteria. You will be the first to know of all new listings!
b. After you have filled in your search criteria, you also have the option to click the button that says, “Save This Search”. That will take you to a page where you can create an account so we can know who to save the search for. (If you have created an account, then this will allow you to sign in). Again, we will NEVER spam you, or contact you in any way, unless your request that we do. We will not sell your information. On this page, there is a drop down menu for Email Notifications. You can choose to receive emails of “New and Updated” listings, or “Only New Matches” or “No Emails”.
You will receive an email every day that new listings are added that match your search criteria. You will be the first to know of all new listings!
In addition to the Email Notifications, once you have created an account (no obligation, and absolutely NO spamming!) you can save your favorite listings in the favorites tab, located at the top of the search page. You can also save favorite searches, see recently viewed properties and review recent searches. Make yourself at home, knowing that there is no obligation, and no one will hassle you or spam you. Our guarantee. When you are ready to view a property, simply click the “request a showing” button located in the center at the top of the page, and let us know when you would like to see it. We can show the same day, as long as the home is available to be shown. And, we will confirm your appointment within 30 minutes, no need to wait for an agent to call you back!
